Ask any company what makes them different or unique, and 99% of the time, the answer will be people.  And that’s undoubtedly true, especially in an industry like market research that relies heavily on professional services. But if you press most companies on WHAT makes their people so much better and WHY those people are such an advantage, most can’t articulate anything out of the ordinary.

Not 20|20.  At 20|20, our people are CHILES-G.  This acronym represents our seven core values – values that are mostly qualitative in nature but fairly easy to spot as we hire and definitely easy to see in the day-to-day work and culture of our company.  And they hold true across every part of our organization, from a strategist in Denver, to a host in Miami, a recruiter in Charlotte, or an account manager in Nashville.

But don’t just take our word for it. Over the next few weeks, we’re going to show you what CHILES-G really means, the best way we know how – through our people.

First up, a summary of what Curious means to us and how a couple of our team members really bring it to life.
