Earn Points Quickly

Every client in good standing is eligible to participate in the 20/20 Rewards Program and earn Client Appreciation Points (CAPs) towards an incredible array of merchandise.

Participants earn CAPS quickly and automatically. As we receive payment* for your project work, CAPs are automatically added into your Rewards Account. Spend $1,000 - earn 800 CAPs; spend $10,000 - earn 8,000 CAPs... and so on. .

As a member of the 20/20 Rewards program, you earn CAPs:

• Automatically when you register
• For all project work conducted with any 20/20 division, including:
• Focus Group room rental and amenities
• Subscriptions to Qualboard® and other qualitative online services
• All recruiting for live or online studies
• For reaching various "bonus" levels; for example, reach the Silver Level (20,000 points) and receive 2,000 bonus points, reach the Gold Level (40,000 points) and receive 4,000 points, and so on.
• During special promotions, you'll have the chance to "Spin-To-Win" for additional CAPs. It could be worth up to 2,000 CAPs!
