20/20 Research collects a wide range of information depending on what product or service is involved and depending on the information needs. Here are some examples of the types of personal information we may collect and how we may use it: Through our 20|20 Research Website (www.2020research.com), we collect basic contact information from customers, such as contact name, email, address, and telephone, as well as non-specific company information (general size and business focus, industry, etc.). We may use this information for sales or marketing purposes or otherwise familiarize ourselves with your business. We also collect information regarding project bids and requests for product information.
Through our 20|20 Panel Website, we collect information for individuals who desire to enroll in the 20|20 Research participant database. Individuals who wish to participate must provide, at a minimum, first/last name, address, phone, email, birth date and gender in order to participate in our nationwide panel. Additional information, such as ethnicity, health information, income, and other demographic background data helps 20|20 place participants into the correct research studies, but is not required. Customer information is typically retained for five years, but can vary based on activity in our panel and obligations within research projects.
