NASHVILLE, TN, November 1, 2006 - 20/20 Online, a division of 20/20 Research, Inc., a Nashville-based marketing research support firm, announced today that its Qualboard™ software has been translated into Korean and Danish, bringing to 10 the total number of languages supported by the software.
Qualboard™ a world-class online application for discussion boards and research journaling was first launched in 2000. Version 2.0 was released in September 2005 and V2.1 in May 2006. In addition to the two new languages, Qualboard™ also supports English, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Slovenian and German
Qualboard™ allows researchers to gather input from study participants regardless of geography or time of day. Study participants respond to questions posted by a moderator, as well as to comments from the other participants. This online qualitative research is especially suited to on-going product usage studies, for highly specialized audiences and for topics that are sensitive or very personal in nature. Because of the longer timeframes for these types of studies, comments from participants are typically much deeper and richer than those gathered from live focus group studies.
