STEVE HENKE TO TAKE THE REINS OF 20/20 RESEARCH;
FOUNDER JIM BRYSON STEPS DOWN AFTER 19 YEARS

Nashville, TN, October 4, 2005 – Steven P. Henke has been named President of 20/20 Research, Inc., replacing founder Jim Bryson, who has stepped down after 19 years at the helm. Henke, whose background is in marketing, sales and client relations, will focus on the growth of the organization, particularly the company’s online division and expansion into Miami. Bryson will stay on as Chairman of the Board.

Henke, 47, comes to 20/20 Research after 8 years at Aegis Marketing Group, where he served as COO and EVP of Market Operations and 4½ years as President and Founder of Marketing Mentor, a Franklin, TN-based consulting firm.

As Chairman, Jim Bryson, 44, will continue to serve as advisor to the company, as well as work with Henke to plan and manage the growth of the firm. In addition, Bryson serves as State Senator for the 23rd District in Tennessee.
