          <p><strong>General description:</strong>
The primary role of this position is to maintain and continually grow a
nationwide opt-in panel of consumers, as well as business and medical
professionals.&nbsp; These panelists are recruited for participation in
qualitative marketing research projects.</p>
          <p><u>Key responsibilities include</u>:</p>
          <ul type="disc"><li>Use a variety of internal and external database marketing       and recruiting techniques to acquire new members for our panel</li><li>Use
a variety of marketing/communication techniques to keep those members
engaged in the panel so they have a positive response when contacted by
us for a study</li><li>Continually "work" the database to
ensure the highest levels of accuracy, completion and uniqueness (i.e.
no "cheaters" and "repeaters") </li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with other panel       companies who may be called on to rent/buy their lists</li><li>Be the "go to" person for our operations team when       they require new resources or participants</li><li>Over time, begin to make customized/targeted panels       available for rental to other firms</li><li>Regularly report to management on the growth and       quality of the database</li></ul>
          <p><u>Skill set and background  requirements</u>:</p>
          <ul type="disc"><li>Self-motivated
professional with 3-5 years of panel management experience in market
research, magazine/newsletter subscription or non-profit membership</li><li>Experienced at aggressively adding new members to an       opt-in database</li><li>Experienced at developing and maintaining       relationships with panel members</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>College Degree or background in panel management or       database marketing</li></ul>

			ranking from Impulse Research Corporation, recognizing them as among

			<p>Conducted annually, Impulse Research 
			Corporation, bases its ratings from surveys completed by over 5,000 
			focus group moderators and researchers worldwide. Facilities receive

			<u>Key Responsibilities</u>:<ul><li>Drive
ongoing development, enhance execution, promote strong sales efforts

			</li><li>Responsible for P&amp;L and investment capital for technology products.
			</li><li>Specify current and future product requirements by conducting quarterly market research among clients and non-clients. </li></ul> 

			<u>Requirements</u>: <ul><li>5+ years qualitative research industry experience
			</li><li>Experience using online qualitative software and methodologies
			</li><li>Experience in the life cycle of a product/service â€" ideation, research, development, go-to-market
			</li><li>Dynamic personality / outstanding interpersonal communication skills
			</li><li>Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
			</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of technology development and application
			</li><li>Previous P&amp;L responsibility
			</li><li>Willing to travel </li></ul>
