nanburgess-wittman_thumb.jpgAfter 15 years in counseling and higher education, Nan joined Harris Interactive in Rochester NY as a qualitative research manager in 1998. It was at Harris Interactive that Nan became one of the pioneers for developing online qualitative research techniques, including projective methods such as mind-mapping techniques and online collages.

After Harris, Nan joined Doyle Research Associates, were she works as a senior research associate. Nan's leadership in studying online research techniques in the virtual world keeps Doyle Research on the cutting edge of qualitative methodology. Nan also stays current in the "real world" by applying skills used as an educator to traditional focus group moderating, in-home observation and ethnography.

Nan's research portfolio includes a broad range of consumer and business-to-business experience, both domestic and international.
