A founding member and first president of Qualitative Research Consultants Association, she has served several times on its Board of Directors.  Her book, The Mirrored Window: Focus Groups from a Moderator's Point of View, is a practical guide to qualitative research.

Judy has extensive experience in many consumer and business-to-business categories.  She has conducted online qualitative research for 10+ years, in addition to focus groups, depth interviews and in-context interviews.
