20|20 Research, Inc. – a Nashville ‘Future 50‘ Company, a Tennessee ‘Hot 100′ Company and a worldwide leader in the development of online qualitative research software – is looking to add to its Account Management team. The primary role of this full-time, telephone-based position is to be the primary point of contact for a select group of high volume/high potential clients and expand the breadth and depth of our relationship as a means to increase technology product and service revenues.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for a limited number of assigned clients
- Grow the revenue from the assigned clients to exceed previous aggregate amount
- Become an expert about their clients; be an advocate inside 20|20 for their clients
- Expand our reach within these ‘large’ clients to gain access to new contacts / new locations
- Use ‘structured touch’ process to engage clients
- Schedule in-person appointments for Outside Sales reps, as appropriate
- Work as a part of the business development team, helping colleagues as needed
- Use CRM system to record/manage activities and keep client data up-to-date
- And any other duties as assigned by management`
Skill set and background requirements:
- Self-motivated professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of inside B2B sales or account management experience
- PROVEN track record of sales success
- PROVEN track record of relationship development
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient in standard business technology; proven ability to learn new software
- Willingness to work on the phone nearly 100% of the time (from Nashville offices); able to occasionally travel to meet with clients
- Experience in Market Research required
- BA/BS Degree
