Research Using Online Bulletin Boards Just Became Simple; QuickView™ Technology is First of Its Kind
NASHVILLE, TN, April 23, 2010 – 20|20 Research, Inc., a worldwide leader in Online Qualitative Research software and support, today announced that their QualBoard™ software platform took an industry-leading leap forward in ease-of-use with the integration of a new technology called QuickView™. QuickView™ allows researchers – who use QualBoard™ – to view, respond to and manage all participant posts from one screen.
According to Founder, Jim Bryson, “Bulletin Board technology for online qualitative research has been around for nearly a decade and all platforms have worked essentially the same way – with participants posting their comments on specific days of a multi-day board. With 20-30 participants over several days, this has always required the researcher to jump from screen-to-screen-to-screen searching for the latest and newest comments. But no more. With QuickView™ inside of QualBoard™, researchers can go to one easy-to-use screen to see and respond to all participant comments – in the order in which they were posted and regardless of which day of the discussion they are “attached” to.
Bryson continued, “It’s the most efficient way ever devised to manage online bulletin boards and will forever change the way boards are used by researchers. In fact, the researchers who have had a peek at this have said they will never go back to managing bulletin boards the old way. QuickView™ really is a game-changer.”
QuickView™ is a free upgrade for all QualBoard™ users and is automatically included in the platform starting today. It is also the latest of about 50 QualBoard™ enhancements made by the technology development team at 20|20.
