Expands Real-Time Support to Technology Clients 'Across the Pond'

NASHVILLE, TN, October 13, 2009 - 20/20 Research, Inc., a leading provider of marketing research technology, recruiting and support services, today announced the expansion of its Project Management and technology support services to provide live support to European clients during European business hours.

The European Desk opens at 2:00AM Central Time, equivalent to 7:00AM GMT (8:00AM - London; 9:00AM - Berlin and Paris).  It will not only provide project support to clients by phone, but will be providing live tech support via online text chat for the QualBoard™ platform for clients and research study participants.  20/20 Research now provides live technology support and project management services 20 hours a day to its clients across the globe.
