First, all images are automatically resized to significantly speed up access and screen refresh times often slowed by large images. Secondly, QualBoardTM now includes a one-touch download of transcripts in PDF format that captures all static images, text, stylization and colors.

QualBoardTM allows researchers to gather input from study participants regardless of geography or time of day. Study participants respond to questions posted by a moderator, as well as to comments from the other participants. This online qualitative research is especially suited to on-going product usage studies, for highly specialized audiences and for topics that are sensitive or very personal in nature. Because of the longer timeframes for these types of studies, comments from participants provide very in-depth customer insights.

In addition to the new image handling capabilities, QualBoardTM V2.1.2 benefits from overall improvements in performance, boasting a 5-35% decrease in screen loading times, depending on the project.
