November 2008 Archives

NASHVILLE, TN, November 25, 2008 - 20/20 Research, Inc., a national provider of fieldwork services, announced today that its QualMeetingTM software now allows researchers and study participants in 36 different countries around the world to call in to online qualitative research studies using only local phone numbers - incurring no long distance charges.

According to Steve Henke, President at 20/20, "The last barrier for conducting face-to-face, online qualitative research internationally was the incredibly high cost of the overseas phone calls. We've eliminated those. Now researchers can take full advantage of our QualMeetingTM - nearly anywhere in the world - and not worry about having to deal with those expenses."

These new telephony enhancements have also added to the output options of QualMeetingTM. In addition to the online video recording previously available, users can down download an audio-only MP3 file immediately after the close of a QualMeetingTM study - at no additional charge.

QualMeetingTM, developed for market researchers who want to conduct live, online 1-on-1 interviews and focus groups, takes advantage of webcam technology and streaming video to provide a new generation of software for "face to face" research. It combines the convenience, cost savings and broad-reaching recruiting of online research with the real-time responses and the sights and sounds of in-person meetings.
