NASHVILLE, TN, April 4, 2007 - 20/20 Online, a division of 20/20 Research, Inc., a Nashville-based marketing research support firm, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Delta Airlines to provide online qualitative research services, including the use of Qualboard™.

Qualboard™, 20/20's proprietary online discussion board software, allows researchers to gather input from study participants regardless of geography or time of day. Study participants respond to questions posted by a moderator, as well as to comments from the other participants. This online qualitative research is especially suited to on-going product usage studies, for highly specialized audiences and for topics that are sensitive or very personal in nature. Because of the longer timeframes for these types of studies, comments from participants can be much more in-depth than those gathered from live focus group studies.

Delta, in addition to using Qualboard™ for marketing research, will also use it to gather in-depth feedback from the company's employees.
